Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to our Precision Power Prevention – The Ultimate Hands-On Course

offered November 4th in Maryland! We want to provide you with an exciting and educational experience that meets your needs, so before registering for the course, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Course Details

The cost of the course is $299, which includes all materials, equipment, and instruction. The course consists of a total of 7 hours of instruction in a day.

 

Participants must bring their own protective eyewear and loupes (if needed for visual acuity during instrumentation).

 

A minimum of 15 participants is required to hold the course. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the course will be cancelled and all participants will receive a full refund.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]. For all all cancellations received 31-60 days prior to the event, all but 50% of the course fee will be refunded to the attendee. All requests received after such time are not eligible for a refund. Tickets are non-transferable.

 

Prerequisites

Participants should hold a valid dental or dental hygiene license

 

 

Student Expectations

Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the course in full, and to arrive on time each day.

 

Participants are responsible for all materials and equipment provided for use during the course, and any damage to the equipment will result in a charge equivalent to the replacement cost of the equipment.

 

 

Certification

Continuing Education (CE) credits will be administered on an hourly basis. To receive CE credits, participants must attend the full course. Registrants who arrive late or leave early will have their CE certificates adjusted accordingly.

 

Dr. Joy, RDH is an AGD PACE provider, which is recognized by all 50 states. Precision, Power Prevention Hands-On Workshop continuing education (CE) courses meet the standards for approval with AGD PACE, and AADH. CE Certificates of Completion will be given at the conclusion of the event.

 

It is recommended for all dental healthcare professionals to regularly review their state's Dental Practice Act, which outlines their allowable duties, continuing education requirements, state-specific regulations, etc. This Act can be found on the website of the relevant authority, such as the Board of Dentistry or Board of Dental Examiners, in your state. It should be noted that rules and regulations, as well as CE requirements, may be subject to change.

The course and all related materials are the property of our organization and may not be reproduced or distributed without express permission.

 

Event organizers reserve the right to close registration when an enrollment limit is reached and to cancel, modify, or alter content or speakers for any course if circumstances necessitate such a change. If we find it necessary to cancel a course, a full refund will be granted. All attempts to contact registrants will be made as soon as possible in the event of a course cancellation.

 

In the event of inclement weather (such as a snow emergency) or other extenuating circumstances, event organizers may be forced to cancel a course. If a course has been cancelled, we will contact participants by the phone number and/or email address provided.

Event organizers will not be held responsible for any losses due to travel arrangements made by the registrant.

 

We reserve the right to refuse registration to anyone for any reason.
