Dr. Joy D. Void-Holmes, RDH, BSDH, DHSc, AADH
A passionate dental hygienist and educator with over 27 years of experience, committed to clinical excellence and advancing dental hygiene.
She holds a Master’s in Health Science (Forensic Investigative Science) and a Doctorate in Health Science from Nova Southeastern University. She founded Dr. Joy, RDH, co-founded JELL-ED, and offers CE courses globally. She also serves as a CDCA-WREB-CITA Examiner and advisory board member for Inside Dental Hygiene, vTail, and RDH magazine. Plus, an active member of the American Academy of Dental Hygiene, American Dental Hygienists' Association, and Maryland Dental Action Coalition.
Dr. Joy established P3 with the goal to provide state-of-the-art, practical training that empowers both new graduates and experienced clinicians to excel in their practice.
Dr. William Paveletz, DMD
A renowned dental expert and educator, passionate about preventative, restorative, and holistic dentistry.
Dr. Paveletz graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry and completed his residency and prosthetics studies at the University of Pittsburgh. As VOCO North America's Clinical Educator, he lectures globally on various dental topics, including advanced materials and technologies.
His focus on biocompatibility and holistic practices has established him as a leading expert, with numerous publications on implants, geriatric dentistry, and fluoridation in adolescents.
Dr. Emily Boge, EdD, RDH, CDA, FAADH, FADHA, CDIPC
An educator and innovator with 25+ years in the dental industry. Holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration and dual Doctorate in Education and Organizational Leadership.
Working closely with manufacturers to prioritize practitioner input in development, Dr. Emily leads continuing education classes for dental professionals while conducting research and evaluation of dental products, promoting accountability and empowerment throughout the industry.
Chris Zombek, BSDH, COM
A certified orofacial myofunctional therapist with 27+ years in the dental industry. Graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Dental Surgery with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene.
Board certified through the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM) since 2015. Specializes in advanced myofunctional therapy, habit breaking, and breathing re-education. Founder of IMT of Maryland, Chris combines extensive dental hygiene experience with specialized orofacial myology expertise.
Susan Cotten, BS, RDH, OMT
A dentistry’s oral cancer coach! She is CEO of Oral Cancer Free and Oral Cancer Consulting. She developed The Cotten Method of screening. Susan works with dental professionals and dental teams who want a renewed confidence in screening, and strategies to increase early detection and
decrease the risk of liability.
Susan has performed over 60 thousand oral cancer screenings and organized
countless free oral cancer screening events, including the Rocky Mountain Dental
Convention and the Denver Broncos Health and Wellness Expo She is the Dental Lead
for the Alliance for HPV Free Colorado, a 2018 Sunstar RDH Award of Distinction
recipient, an RDH Advisory member for RDH Magazine and the Oral Cancer
Foundation. Susan is an instructor at the National Network of Healthcare Hygienists. On a personal note, Susan loves walking the beaches of Hawaii, watching college football and is a former country dance competitor.
Lisa Bahr, MEd., BS, RDH
A registered dental hygienist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She is co-founder of JELL-ED providing innovative teaching methodology for dental hygiene educators. She is a professional speaker specializing in educational methodology, flipped learning environments, feedback, lasers, CODA, and student learning. Lisa is a dental hygiene program director holding a Master’s Degree of Adult Education with a concentration in Public Health. She serves as a member of the Wisconsin Dentistry Examining Board, and is a CRDTS examiner. Lisa is a certified CPR instructor, as well as a yoga teacher. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and the Wisconsin Dental Hygienists’ Association.
